MacBook (2015) unboxing

Sure, the Watch was exciting, but the release of the new MacBook is the Apple gear I've really been looking forward to. With my beloved 11" MacBook Air on its way out after four years, replacing it with the new MacBook seemed like a justified decision. And although I've read quite a few reports on the machine's not-too-impressive performance, as long as it's on-par with my Air, I don't mind — I'm still enjoying life with my Dropbox-synced, two-Mac setup, so I can still fall back to the iMac for tasks that require a bigger screen, or more processor power.

I'll likely write up some thoughts on the machine once I've used it properly, but for now I'm going to just indulge in the aesthetics. This new MacBook is such a beautiful bit of kit, I thought I'd take some unapologetically fanboy-esque unboxing photos.
